While I share your opinion on the magnitude of the loss, just devastating. I don’t think Trachsel has any confidence in her bullpen which has been poor at best most of the season.
There also appeared to be some home cooking, specifically the strike zone, by the umpire’s in that comeback by Tech.

It doesn’t really matter in May except for bragging rights. Win the first three games and the ratings will change. With a new coach and staff I would be hesitant to rate the team too high even though we return a wealth of talent.
Winning will take care of ratings.

I have electric heat but I also have a 30K generator and 500 gallon gas tank to power the generator.
As for food I plan to cook a two gallon batch of seafood and sausage Gumbo tomorrow and just kick back.
I am doing a dry January so there will be no alcohol for me.☹️

Not that it makes a lot of difference now but it will as the site grows. A resume/continue reading function where the the thread will open to the next unread message would be helpful. That way users would not have to read a string of messages to find where new messages begin.

When you think of what has been dumped on Pete over the past six weeks I bet he hasn’t slept much. He has had to deal with: HS signing day, prepare for a playoff, assemble a staff, pre portal, sign existing players and recruit/sign newcomers from the portal.
Granted he has had help but he has to be exhausted.
