
Hunter Elliott isn’t ready to close the book on his Ole Miss career.
The veteran left-hander will return to Oxford for the 2027 season after receiving an additional year of eligibility, giving the Rebels one of the nation’s top pitchers back for another run at the postseason.
Elliott, a key member of Ole Miss’ 2022 national championship team, has battled through injuries and worked his way back to the top of the SEC. Now, he’ll have one final opportunity to help bring another championship to Oxford.
For the Rebels, Elliott’s return provides an experienced Friday-night ace, proven leadership, and a major boost to a team with College World Series aspirations in 2027.
