Honestly, he was in Little Italy when we closed the deal. He wasn’t doing a review. We caught him eating lunch. We figured he had to like it, and it turned out that he loved it.

It’s going to be a difficult undertaking. No pun intended. I was just talking to Mike Fitzgerald and we were discussing how brutal the Rebels’ early season SEC schedule has been. No. 4 Alabama, No. 2 Texas now No. 4 Oklahoma. And that’s against three of the blue bloods of college softball. If they don’t quit, and they won’t, this team has brighter days ahead of it.
