That was funny, but I tend to disagree. My daughter is dark-headed and owns an Ole Miss degree. She also owns a husband from Ole Miss.

DFWLANDSHARK: I’m not sure anyone could ever say here’s the guy who can replace your Heisman candidate, but Deuce, IMO, is among the best, if not THE best, QB2s in the country entering this season. All the potential and talent is there to have another Heisman contender after Trinidad leaves.

Some of you already know Jeff Byrd, a veteran journalist, the author of the above story. Jeff gave me my first job more than 30 years ago right out of Delta State at the Bolivar Commercial in Cleveland, Miss. He is joining us now as a staffer for OleMiss365.com. He’s a god guy.
