      Harris was waived today. Could he come back? Any others?

        The rules are pretty weird, but it’s unlikely to happen. He still signed a contract with them at some point, and for that point won’t be able to come back. I also wouldn’t expect anyone else to come back, Pete made it clear that the roster was already set, and it’s fall
