Svarvar notches All-American honors

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Ole Miss women’s golfer Kajsalotta Svarvar has been named a Women’s Golf Coaches Association Division I honorable mention All-American, as announced by the WGCA on Tuesday.

It marks the first instance that Svarvar has earned All-America status. It is the 10th All-America selection in program history for the Rebels, nine of which have come in the Kory Henkes era.

The Halmstad, Sweden, native’s season stroke average of 71.39 ties for the fifth-best since 2003-04 at Ole Miss. Svarvar finishes her sophomore campaign with four finishes in the top five, five in the top 10, and seven in the top 20, including most recently placing in the top 20 at the 2026 NCAA Championship in Carlsbad, California.

Svarvar further etched her name into the Ole Miss record books, ranking second in both rounds even or below par (22) and rounds in the 60s (12) during one season.

The sophomore was a vital contributor in the Rebels’ successful 2025-26 season, as Svarvar helped lead Ole Miss to eight top-5 team finishes, which ties for the second-most in a season in program history, including two tournament titles. Additionally, the Rebels’ team average of 288.09 ranks fourth-best compared to all other previous Ole Miss teams.
