Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy has added another major NIL partnership, signing with Q-Collar in a deal centered on athlete safety and brain health.
As part of the agreement, the All-American running back will wear the Q-Collar during practices and games throughout the 2026 season while helping promote awareness of brain protection in football.
The Q-Collar is the first and only FDA-cleared sports device designed to help protect the brain from the effects of repetitive head impacts. Worn around the neck, the device is intended to increase blood volume in the head, helping reduce movement of the brain inside the skull during contact.
Lacy’s partnership highlights the growing emphasis on player safety at every level of football while adding another notable NIL endorsement to the Rebels’ star back.
With expectations soaring for the upcoming season, Lacy will continue to be one of the faces of Ole Miss football—this time while also advocating for innovation in athlete health and safety.
