Ole Miss, Progressive reportedly nearing major on-field sponsorship deal

OXFORD, Miss. — Progressive Insurance could have its logo on Hollingsworth Field at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium during the 2026 football season.

Ole Miss and Progressive are reportedly finalizing a partnership that would give the insurance company a prominent sponsorship placement inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

The potential agreement comes as Ole Miss continues to create new revenue opportunities around football, with on-field sponsorships becoming a growing part of the college athletics business model.

Ole Miss has already used corporate branding on Hollingsworth Field, including Aflac during the 2025 season. A Progressive agreement would continue that trend while adding another nationally recognized company to Ole Miss’ list of major corporate partners.

The partnership would give Progressive exposure to fans inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and viewers watching Ole Miss games nationally. For Ole Miss, it would create another revenue stream tied directly to football.

The full details of the reported agreement — including financial terms, the length of the partnership and the exact placement of the Progressive logo — have not yet been officially announced.

If finalized, the Progressive logo will be the most visible part of the agreement. For Ole Miss, though, the bigger takeaway is another revenue stream tied to the reach and value of SEC football.
