Ole Miss has extended an offer to a 2028 defensive lineman out of Toombs County (Ga.) High School. The Rebels have joined the chase for defensive lineman Jamarcus Johnson, who measures in at a very healthy 6-5, 308 pounds.
Ole Miss enters the picture for the coveted Johnson, who also holds offers from SEC programs Georgia and Tennessee, as well as Florida State, Georgia Tech, Georgia Southern and Miami (Ohio).
Johnson is rated as America’s No. 10 defensive lineman and the No. 8 player in the Peach State’s 2028 class per the industry average.
