Trey Martin
Four-star running back Trey Martin released his six finalists on Tuesday. Martin, a standout out of Franklin Parish High School in Winnsboro, La., named Ole Miss, LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida and Ohio State as the final six schools he is considering.
The 5-10, 202-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 12 running back in the class of 2027 by the industry average rankings.
Martin is set top take an official visit to Ole Miss on June 12. He also has officials set for Tennessee (May 21), Florida (May 28), Alabama (June 5) and LSU (June 18).
Last fall, martin was dynamite at Parish High School. He rushed for 1,310 yards and 26 touchdowns on 115 carries, while catching 17 passes for 277 yards and five scores. On defense, he registered 22 tackles with one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one quarterback sack.
A track star as well, he recorded times of 11.41 in the 100-meter dash and a 23.58 in the 200-meter dash to open his junior season.
