Allen Evans
Another SEC flip target will be among the prospects on the Ole Miss campus this weekend for the Rebels’ battle with the Missouri Tigers. Vanderbilt commit Allen Evans has confirmed he will be in Oxford.
Evans is a 6-2, 180-pound, four-star cornerback out of Louisville, Ky., high school powerhouse Trinity. He committed to Vanderbilt on June 26.
In addition to Ole Miss and Vanderbilt, Evans owns SEC offers from Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee. He also has Louisville, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Nebraska, SMU and many others on his offer sheet.
Ole Miss, Kentucky and Auburn are thought to be the primary threats to Vanderbilt keeoing Evans in the commit column.
Evans is a Navy All-American Bowl selection.
