Ole Miss is getting in early with 2028 Lewisville (Texas) defensive back Vahn Malvo, who has picked up an offer from the Rebels.
At 6-foot-2, 165 pounds, Malvo gives Ole Miss another long, athletic defensive back to track in the 2028 class.
What I like most is how well he moves at 6-foot-2. On film, Malvo stays balanced in coverage, can carry receivers down the field and shows good closing burst when the ball comes his way. His length also gives him a chance to challenge receivers at the catch point.
Malvo still has room to add strength, but he already has the traits you want to develop at outside corner.
Ole Miss is in early, and that matters. Malvo is a 2028 name worth remembering as the Rebels continue building their board.
