Ole Miss continues strengthening its pitching staff for the 2027 season.
Former Northeastern right-handed pitcher Andrew Rogovic has announced his commitment to the Rebels, giving head coach Mike Bianco another experienced arm through the transfer portal.
Rogovic brings valuable college experience to Oxford after spending his career at Northeastern, where he developed into a reliable pitcher against strong competition. In his most recent season, Rogovic posted a 3.42 ERA with 78 strikeouts over 68.1 innings pitched, while holding opposing hitters to a .241 batting average. His ability to command the strike zone and generate swings and misses made him one of Northeastern’s most dependable arms.
His addition adds both depth and versatility to an Ole Miss pitching staff that has been one of the program’s top offseason priorities.
The Rebels have been active in the transfer portal this summer, targeting experienced players who can make an immediate impact. Rogovic joins a growing list of newcomers expected to compete for meaningful innings as Ole Miss looks to build on its momentum entering the 2027 campaign.
With another proven arm now in the fold, Bianco and his staff continue assembling a roster capable of competing for an SEC championship and making another run at the College World Series.
