Officially Official: Mr. 3A Football Jamarion Owens signs with the Rebels

The annual February signing day looks quite different these days, especially for programs like the Rebels. Ole Miss has already secured the majority of its 2026 recruiting class with 19 signings during the early signing period. However, today they continued to strengthen their roster by adding three-star lineman Jamarion Owens from their own backyard.

Owens had verbally committed to the Rebels in early January, and today he officially signed his letter of intent. Standing at 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 270 pounds, this standout from Raleigh, MS, chose Ole Miss over offers from Memphis, Southern Miss, and South Alabama. His addition will be a significant asset for defensive line coach Randall Joyner as he continues to build a strong foundation in the trenches.

In his last three seasons at Raleigh, Owens recorded an impressive 115 tackles, 12 sacks, eight fumble recoveries, and seven tackles for loss. His outstanding performance earned him the title of Mr. 3A Football this past season. As we say here at Ole Miss: Best in the Sip! Stay in the Sip!
