LOS CABOS, Mexico – The No. 13 Ole Miss men’s golf team sits in fifth place through 36-holes at the Cabo Collegiate. The Rebels posted (281, -3) in round two and sit at five-under for the tournament.
Tom Fischer led the way for Ole Miss again on Monday with a round of three-under 68. He would close strong with birdies on three of his final six holes. Fischer sits at five-under for the tournament, tied for sixth.
Cameron Tankersley also posted red figures with a second-round score of one-under 70. Cohen Trolio would turn in his second straight round of even par as he and Tankersley both sit at even for the tournament.
After a tough opening round, Daniel Tolf would battle back to shoot one-over 72 in round two. Collins Trolio would post two-over 73.
Ole Miss is one of just six teams in the field to sit in red numbers through two rounds.
Final round action will begin Tuesday morning with a 9:30 a.m. CT shotgun start.
