Ole Miss men’s tennis Junior Kai Milburn has been recognized as a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honoree, as the organization recently announced.
Milburn joins 19 other SEC student-athletes in being recognized for their academic and athletic achievement.
The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom across all of NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
In addition to his prolific academic career as a finance major, Milburn also made an impact on the court this past season, where, in doubles, Milburn accumulated a total of 18 wins with 10 dual wins and three against ranked duos. Alongside his doubles partner, Isac Stromberg, the duo secured a season-high No. 11 ITA ranking after finishing in the second round of the NCAA Individual Championships in the Fall.
