Lavay Penny
Rising 2028 Camden, S.C. linebacker Lavay Penny will take an unofficial visit to Ole Miss on Saturday. The Rebels play Missouri inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at 2:30 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
The 6-1, 215-pound Penny is an emerging target, though the Rebels have not yet offered. He does own an offer from Liberty. He has used Camden High School as proving grounds for his abilities this fall.
“I’m excited to get on campus this weekend and see everything for myself,” Penny told OleMiss365.com. “I like what they have going on with the program right now, and I’m looking forward to meeting the coaching staff, learning more about the team, and seeing how I could fit there. I’m excited to experience the atmosphere and see what Ole Miss has to offer.”
This will be Penny’s first visit to Ole Miss. He is being recruited by assistant coach Jeremy Singleton.
Penny visited South Carolina earlier this season, as SEC programs continue to kick the tires on him.
