Huge game in Tuscaloosa for Rebels today, NCAA home field may be on line

Ole Miss and Alabama will take to the baseball diamond today with much on the line. For Ole Miss, it is the possibility of playing an NCAA Tournament in front of a hometown fans and inside the friendly confines of Swayze Field.

The Rebels will send right-handed pitcher Cade Townsend (5-2, 3.25 ERA) to the hill. Alabama is expected to counter with righty Myles Upchurch (7-3, 3.43 ERA).

Heading into the weekend, D1 Baseball had the Rebels as a national No. 18 seed headed to the Corvallis Regional with host Oregon State, Arizona State and Niagara.
