I think everyone is hoping for good news. No one really knows the extent of the good news yet, though. With 2 Pete sharks out there as well, hopefully it will be a great start of the week.

Nevada transfer DE Jonathan Maldonado has signed with Ole Miss per Max Olson of ESPN. The 6-foot-6 edge rusher had 38 tackles, 9 TFLs, 5 sacks and a pick-six in 2025. PFF graded him out with an overall score of 79.5 with a pass rush grade of 85.8.

Yes, he is a really big get for Pete. He is a tackling machine and should help to greatly improve our front seven next year.

I also like to see what ratings are on BPI List. He is their number 2 overall player. I think the other transfer rating services are just off on him for whatever reason.

Baylor starting transfer LB Keaton Thomas has committed. He was All Big 12 Second Team in 2025 and finished with 105 tackles, 7 TFL, 1 interception, and 1 sack last season.
