NCAA: tampering Ole Miss/LSU

With the Dabo situation vs Ole Miss still kind of in the news, my question is if OM has to go to court/NCAA over this tampering stuff, do we have enough actual proof of LK tampering with our players that it would hurt LSU? I’m talking written, recorded, some kind of “legal”, not hearsay, info instead of he/she said info. I’ve heard it said that LSU doesn’t want us to have to take legal action bc they will be brought into the action big time.
