He commented that Chambliss and Lacy were not “promoted” nationally for the Heisman and the Walker awards. My question is, why not and who is the person or persons who should have taken care of this?

Lane is the reason they were not promoted because Lane wanted to take them to LSU or Florida and that would have raised their value.

Absolutely, Lane Kiffin. For that matter, Jaxson Dart wasn’t promoted as he should have been, either. This is not sports information’s problem. Job No. 1 for them is to cowtale to the head coach’s wishes. LSU won’t have any national award candidates during what I suspect will be his brief tenure on the bayou.
