The Judge overseeing the case is Robert Whitwell. He’s a grad of Delta State and the Ole Miss Law School. He also played football at Northwest and was team captain there. He’s a former Partner in the Farese Law Firm. I’ve worked with Bob before on a business matter, and I believe he’ll be as fair and conscientious as we could ask for in a Judge.

That’s all we can ask for. I hope he’s better at “judging” than the fb and bb refs are at refereeing.

I think Ole Miss gets the injunction. I just don’t know if it will span the entire fall football season, though.

If the judge from Mississippi that is an Ole Miss grad denies another year of eligibility for Chambliss, that could very well be career suicide.
