Kewan Lacy expected back for Vandy

Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy is practicing and should be ready to go when 9th-ranked Ole Miss visits Vanderbilt on Saturday.

Lacy suffered a shoulder injury in the Rebels’ victory over LSU. Coming off a bye week, Ole Miss has Lacy ready to play.

“Obviously (Lacy) rested all last week,” Ole Miss coach Pete Golding said in his Monday press conference. “Was good for a solid week, not practicing. Practiced last night, came back. Did individual, did some team sessions. A lot of that was non-contact last week. Fully anticipate having him this week.”

Lacy has rushed for 191 yards on 39 carries in three games. He missed the Rebels’ loss to Florida due to injury.
