The Ole Miss softball program has landed five on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams, as the organization announced on Tuesday.
Kennedy Bunker, Persy Llamas, Taylor Malvin, Mackenzie Pickens and Cassie Reasner all were named to the CSC Academic All-District team. All five take home honors for the first time in their respective careers.
Llamas was selected as a finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. The Rebels are seeking back-to-back academic All-Americans, after Lexie Brady was named to the first team in 2025.
To be eligible to be named to the CSC Academic All-District teams, a student-athlete must be at least an academic and athletic sophomore with over a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Additionally, the selected individuals must have strong athletic credentials, playing and starting in a significant number of games.
