CARLSBAD, Calif. – Earning a spot in the final day of stroke play as an individual, Ole Miss sophomore Kajsalotta Svarvar finished tied for 18th among the best of the best at the 2026 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa on Monday.
Shooting a 77 on the day to finish the four-day competition of stroke play, Svarvar would end her run at the event at one under par. She would begin the tournament with back-to-back three under-par performances on Friday and Saturday, before clinching her spot in the stroke play finale with an even 72 on Sunday.
During team stroke play through the first 54 holes, Svarvar’s total of 210 marked the lowest by a Rebel at the NCAA Championship in program history.
Her season stroke average of 71.40 ranks as the sixth best since 2003-04 at Ole Miss, as Svarvar finishes her sophomore campaign with four finishes in the top five, five in the top 10, and seven in the top 20.
