Latest bracketology on Ole Miss baseball

Judd Utermark

With Ole Miss going one and done at the SEC Tournament in Hoover, Ala., versus Missouri, what are the latest baseball bracketology predictions for the Rebels?

Right now, they are predicted to head out West.

If the Rebels had shown a little more in their conference tournament, they were on the bubble to host. That bubble, however, burst with their opening-round loss to Missouri in the SEC Tiurnament.

Baseball America has the Rebels (36-21, 15-15 SEC) traveling out West to Oregon for the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The Oregon Ducks would be the No. 1 seed in the four-team Regional followed by Ole Miss, Virginia and Washington State. The Rebels would tangle with Virginia in a first-round game of the double-elimination tournament.

The bracketology will change today as more and more conference tournaments play out.
