Lane Kiffin looked a mess when he arrived in Oxford.
Oh yeah. That overgrown, teen-aged-minded, plastic man, went there.
Lane Kififn is out of his frickin’ mind. The ex-Ole Miss head coach fired off on the University on Monday in an interview released by Vanity Fair.
Here’s some of what he said about our Ole Miss.
He said recruits would tell him, “‘Hey, coach, we really like you. But my grandparents aren’t letting me move to Oxford, Mississippi.’ That doesn’t come up when you say Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Parents were sitting here this weekend saying the campus’s diversity feels so great: ‘It feels like there’s no segregation.'”
What? It is 2026. And guess what? You recruited African American players just fine here. Pete Golding inherited a team full of them that you could not sway to follow you to LSU.
Yes, we know you tried.
Our African-American quarterback is making north of $5 million this season.
Are you nuts?
Tommy Tuberville, David Cutcliffe, Hugh Freeze and Matt Luke…none would ever stoop to the level you just did. Tuberville even removed the flag a long. long time ago.
Kiffin can take those passive/aggressive attacks and stick them up his (earmuff warning) ass.
Does anyone else see the irony in Lane Kiffin trying to take the high ground when it comes to morality?
Lord thank you for ridding us of this plastic man. And thank you for the wisdom of university leaders Glenn Boyce and Keith Carter for letting him go and hiring a full-ass grown man as our head coach!
Ole Miss and LSU meet in Oxford on Sept. 19. That idiot just threw coal on the fire. Lord help us all that day.
This website, which covers only Ole Miss, has African-American ownership and employs four African-Americans, for the record. My best friend is an African-American.
And I have covered recruiting here for 17 years. I have never even heard of that being an issue in recruiting.
Go to hell LSU.
And go to hell Lane Kiffin.
I used that photo in this article because I was told he hated it.
